The IL FOP Recruitment Committee speaks with officers and members about the benefits that the FOP has to offer. If you are interested in joining as a Fraternal Member please complete the questions below and a committee member will be in touch with you.

Requirements per the IL FOP State Lodge By-Law Article 3 section 2:

“Full-time” shall mean law enforcement officers who are engaged in such employment as their full-time
occupation as to hours worked and income derived as determined by their lodge. The term may also
include law enforcement officers that are employed with multiple law enforcement agencies and are
engaged in such employment as their full-time occupation on average of at least 30 hours per week.
