This review ensures that the FOP Legal Defense Plan is properly funded and sustainable for our members. Based on our findings this year, a price adjustment effective January 1, 2026, is necessary.The new annual cost for the FOP Legal Defense Plan, shown below, will be reflected in your 2026 renewal date. For example, the new pricing will take effect if your plan renews on August 1, 2026.
