Illinois Fraternal Order of Police Scholarship
Each year, the Illinois Fraternal Order of Police awards $9,000 in scholarships to college students whose parents are members in goodstanding. Chosen at random, one applicant from each of the 18 representative FOP districts in Illinois will receive $500 towards collegeexpenses. The random drawing will be held during the September 10, 2026 meeting of the ILFOP full Board of Trustees. Winners will benotified within one week after the drawing via e-mail. Incomplete applications will not be included in the drawing.
SUBMISSION INFORMATION
Applicants must send their completed application along with proof of registration for the upcoming fall semester, which must include one of the following; (1) notice from the registrar, (2) class schedule, or (3) tuition payment receipt. Incomplete applications and those submitted without the required accompanying materials will not be considered.
