Article 5 Section #2, Subsection D 6

Each subordinate Lodge shall complete a credential for each Delegate upon the appropriate form(s) furnished by the Secretary, which form(s) shall be signed by the subordinate Lodge President and subordinate Lodge Secretary. Such form(s) shall be forwarded to the Secretary not later than thirty (30) days prior to the Biennial Conference. No Delegate or Alternate Delegate shall be admitted to or seated in the Biennial Conference without such credential.
