Article 29 Section #2 Submission

A proposed amendment to the By-laws shall be submitted in writing to the Secretary not less than ninety (90) days prior to the Biennial Conference at which it is to be considered. Such proposed amendment shall be attested to by the Secretary and shall bear the official seal of the Lodge submitting the same, or by the Secretary if proposed by the Board of Trustees, and shall state the date of the meeting at which it was agreed that the proposal would be submitted for consideration by the Biennial Conference.
